Russian Mushroom Pie
Ingredients
3 tbsp.  butter or margarine
1/4 cup       chopped onions 
1 lb.      fresh mushrooms, sliced 
2 tsp.    flour 
1/2 cup       parmesan cheese 
1            egg, well beaten 
1 cup     sour cream 
Directions:
       Heat oven to 350º F. (175º C).  Sautè onion
in butter; add mushroom and cook about 8 minutes.  Sprinkle in flour
and add parmesan cheese.  Cook 1 minute.  Beat egg and sour cream,
and set aside. Pour mushroom mix into an 8" buttered pie plate.  Top
with sour cream mixture.  Bake 20 minutes sat 350º F.
