Sesame Grilled Chicken 
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs 
1 cup of lite soy sauce 
1/2 c. pineapple juice 
1 tablespoon sesame seeds 
Place chicken in a large closeable plastic bag. Pour soy sauce and
pineapple juice into bag. Chill 4 to 8 hours. Place chicken on grill.
Cook 5 to 6 minutes on both sides. Sprinkle seaame seeds on both sides
of chicken. 
Makes 4 to 6 servings
