Grandpa*s Pasta
Slowly sauté onions, green or red peppers, celery (all diced).
Add smoked porkies (cocktail wieners), diced tomatoes and/or spaghetti
sauce. 
Let simmer on low for 15-20 minutes.
Optional: Italian seasoning to taste
Cook Pasta in salted water until al dente; drain.
Creamette Pasta Nuggets or Bowtie is very good for the pasta. Add the
onion mixture.
Optional: Sprinkle top with grated cheese (mozzarella, Italian blend,
etc.) when serving.
