TALYOR'S BEEF VEGETABLE CASSEROLE
   2 pounds lean beef, cut up
   Flour
   Fat
 &n bsp; Salt and pepper to taste
   1 tablespoon chopped parsley
   4 to 6 small carrots
   2 to 3 small onions
   8 to 12 small potatoes
   1 stalk celery, cut up
   1 1/2 cup lima beans
   1 1/2 cup water
   Roll
 beef in flour; brown well in small amount of fat. Place in casserole dish; add 
seasonings,
vegetables and water. Cover tightly. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 30 
minutes
to 3 hours or until meat is tender.
