I'm going to keep this and try it soon. since I still have about a dozen bananas in my freezer. But, I'll have to use all purpose flour because that's all I have. I'll let you know how it turns out if and when I make it. I love banana bread! And thank you for all the recipes you send.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Use a toothpick to test for doneness. Remove pan to rack, and let stand for 10 minutes. Invert pan and let finish cooling on rack. Best served warm. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
