CHERRY TORTE
   1/4 cup butter
   1/3 cup sugar
   20 graham crackers, crushed
   Pinch of salt
   1 10 1/2-ounce package miniature marshmallows
   1 pint heavy cream, whipped
   1 can cherry pie filling
   Melt
 butter; stir in sugar while butter is hot. Add cracker crumbs. Press into 9 x 
12-inches
pan. Add salt and marshmallows to whipped cream. Pour mixture into crust. Top 
with
pie filling. Refrigerate overnight.  Enjoy.
