Hot Corn Dip 1 (15-oz.) can white corn, drained 1 (15-oz.) can yellow corn, drained 1 (10-oz.) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, diced and softened. 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic powder chopped, fresh cilantro to taste, optional Preheat oven to 350. In a medium baking dish, mix white and yellow corn, diced tomatoes with green chilies, cream cheese, garlic poweder, and cilantro, if desired.
