Ham Balls
2 lbs. ground ham
2 lbs. ground beef
2 cups graham  cracker crumbs
1-1/2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1/2 can  tomato soup
1/2 cup vinegar
1 Tbs. prepared mustard

Mix ham, beef,  graham crackers crumbs, eggs and milk. Form into
balls. Bake in a slow oven  for 1 to 1-1/2 hours (250. Mix soup,
vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Pour  over meatballs and bake 1/2
hour longer or pour sauce over meatballs and  freeze for later use. If
frozen let thaw and bake 1 hour or until hot all the  way through.
Makes about 50 meatballs.
