Peanut Brownie biscuits, microwave cooked. 

 

Ingredients.

125 grams, butter.

1 cup, sugar.

1 egg.

1 & 1 half cups, flour.

1 half cup, cornflour.

3 quarters teaspoon, baking powder.

1 & 1 half tablespoons, cocoa.

1 cup, peanuts. 

1 quarter teaspoon, salt.

 

Method.

1, Place butter and sugar in a large microwave bowl or jug, then Microwave on 
high 20 to 30 seconds, whisk well.

 

2, Add egg and remaining dry ingredients. Stir well to combine.

 

3, Form into balls. place 6 balls evenly around a baking paper lined microwave 
turntable.

 

4, microwave on high for 2 minutes, leave on turntable for 1 minute, then place 
on cake rack to cool.

 

5, Biscuits will crisp as they cool.

 

Note.

Placing dough balls to close to the edge of turntable                   may 
cause some of the cooking dough to escape over the edge… and we don’t want that 
to happen?
