Basic Quiche
1 9-inch baked pie shell (use deep-dish style if shell is frozen)
2-4 oz. shredded cheese (any type)
1/2 to 1 cup chopped, drained vegetables, meat, seafood or poultry
6 eggs
1 c. skim or low fat milk
1/2 tsp herbs or seasonings of your choice
Sprinkle cheese and vegetables into pie shell. Beat together
remaining ingredients in medium bowl until well-blended. Pour over
cheese and vegetables. Bake in preheated dg375 oven 30-40 min. or
until tests clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
