INSTANT-JELLO PUDDING-OATMEAL COOKIES
1 1/4 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. butter 1/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1 pkg. (4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding mix 2 eggs 3 1/2 c. quick rolled oats Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in large bowl. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, stir in oats and raisins. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Yields: 5 dozen.
