BAZAAR SALAD   

      2 c. cranberries
      2 c. sugar
      1 orange (California Navel)
      1 c. diced celery
      1/2 c. nuts (walnuts)
      1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
      1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
      1 c. chopped red apple, peeled (red, better flavor)
      1 (1 lb. or 12 oz.) cranberries

      Put cranberries and orange through food grinder. Also chop orange rind, 
fine. 
      Combine cranberries and orange, add sugar, orange rind, walnuts, celery, 
and apple. Let stand for 2 hours and stir often, in order for sugar to 
dissolve. 

      After 2 hours, prepare Jello; however, use only 1 1/2 cups for each 
package of Jello. Mix Jello together, then let set slightly. Add rest of 
ingredients.
