Cranberry Dressing

                Stuffing

   1/4           cup  butter
     1/2           cup  celery -- diced
  1                     apple -- diced, peeled
  1                cup  onion -- diced
  3               cups  bread cubes
  1           teaspoon  ground sage
     1/4      teaspoon  ground marjoram
  1                cup  whole cranberry sauce
     1/4           cup  brown sugar
  1           teaspoon  salt
                        Zest and juice of an orange

Heat butter in a sauté pan, & sauté celery, apple, & onion until soft.
Add bread cubes, sage & ground marjoram. Remove from heat.
In medium saucepan, stir together over low heat
whole cranberry sauce, brown sugar, salt &
the zest & juice of one orange.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Mix with the bread mixture; blending well.
