Bread Dressing

1 (1 pound) loaf day old bread
-;crumbled
1 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
1/2 ts Pepper
1 c Canned chicken broth;
-undiluted
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
3/4 c Onion; chopped
3/4 c Celery; chopped
1/2 c Butter or margarine; melted

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Add to bread mixture, stirring well.
Spoon into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
Cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
Note: Dressing is too moist to bake in turkey. <<<<<<<<<
