August 20.2008 6:10 PM EDT Brad Paisley will surpass 500,000 tickets sold this year, with his concert in St. Paul, Minn., on Friday night (Aug. 22). "This number means more to me this year than ever knowing how strapped people are economically these days," says Paisley. "The fact that fans are willing to both buy tickets and the gasoline necessary to come to a show is the ultimate compliment and I am so thankful." Paisley will also tour in early 2009, with details to be announced soon.
