SOFT PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly in a
bowl. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a non-stick baking sheet (non-stick
spray on others) and press each with a fork. (Keep a glass of water close t dip
fork into, to prevent sticking.)
Bake 10 minutes. Cool before removing from baking sheet. About 2-2 1/2
dozen. Colored candies can be pressed into the cookies immediately upon removal
from oven. No flour needed in this recipe. I got this from Mr. Food on Channel
9 KOSA in Denver. Enjoy.
