DAD'S POTATO SALAD
12 Large Potatoes, Cooked and Peeled
1 Medium Onion, chopped
6 Hard Boiled Eggs, chopped
4 Celery Sticks, chopped
1/2 Cup Sharp Chedder Cheese, diced
6 Pickles, chopped)
1 Cup Ham or Spam, chopped
1 6oz Can Of Olives, chopped
1 Cup Mayonaise
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!!!
