Grand Prize Winning Hot Turkey Sandwich
6 slices White Bread, toasted 2 cups cooked Turkey, chopped 1/4 cup diced Apples 1/4 cup chopped Celery 1/4 cup chopped Dill Pickles 1 tsp. Curry Powder 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 6 slices Bacon, partially cooked 3 slices American Cheese Mix turkey, apples, celery, pickles and curry powder with mayonnaise. Cut partially cooked bacon slices in half. Divide turkey mixture evenly on 3 slices of toast. Top each with a cheese slice and then 4 half- slices of bacon. Broil sandwich until cheese is bubbly and bacon is cooked. Cover with remaining slices of toast and serve hot. Makes 3 sandwiches.
