Apple-Orange Applesauce

Ingredients:
2 med Granny smith apples
Peeled cored & cubed
2 med Red delicious apples
Peeled cored & cubed
2 med Golden delicious apples
Peeled cored & cubed
Orange sections from 1 small orange
2/3 cup Apple juice
2 tsp Cinnamon
1 sm Orange, Zest of
1/4 cup Packed brown sugar
Method:
In saucepan, combine the granny smith, red delicious, golden delicious &
orange. Stir in apple juice, cinnamon, orange zest & 1/2 c. Water.
Simmer. Add brown sugar, cover & continue to simmer till apples are
tender. Remove to a bowl. Let cool. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
Approximately 12 minutes.
