Plum-Nut Cake
2 cups self-rising flour (sifted)
2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Wesson Oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 small jars baby fruit (plum)
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix all together. Bake in tube pan - well greased and floured. Bake in
cold oven at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
