EASY FRUITCAKE
Mix 1
a.. 2-1/2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking soda
Mix 2
a.. 2 eggs
b.. 1 28-oz. jar mincemeat
c.. 1 15-oz Eagles Brand milk
d.. 1 cup walnuts, chopped
e.. 1-pound candied fruit mix--2 cups
Butter 9-inch tube pan. Fold mixes together. Bake at 300° F for 2 hours. Remove
from oven and cool for about 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely.
Wrap and place in refrigerator.
When cold, wrap in cheese cloth and soak with favorite liqueur. Store in
airtight container for 1-2 weeks, if desired. Can be eaten immediately. This
cake freezes well.
