Fudge Squares Ingredients: 2/3 Cup Evaporated milk 1 2/3 Cups Sugar 2 Tablespoons Butter 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 2 Cups Mini marshmallows 1-1/2 Cups Chocolate chips 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla extract 1/2 Cup Chopped walnuts Instructions: Mix milk, sugar, butter and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a full boil, then boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla and walnuts. Stir vigorously until marshmallows are melted and thoroughly incorporated. Pour into an 8-inch square pan. Chill. Makes about 2 pounds.
