South of the Border Mac and Cheese
Prepared macaroni and cheese gets a spicy accent from tomato and green
chili-seasoned beef

Hands On:15 minutes Total:15 minutes Makes:5 servings (1 cup each)
Ingredients1 pkg (7.25 oz each) macaroni and cheese
dinner1 pound lean ground beef1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt*s Petite
Diced Tomatoes with Mild Green Chilies, undrained1 cup shredded
Cheddar cheese, optional (1 cup = 4 oz)
Directions
Prepare macaroni and cheese in large saucepan according to package
directions, except omit milk. 
Brown meat in large skillet over medium-high heat while macaroni and
cheese is cooking; drain. Add diced tomatoes with their liquid; mix
well. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
Add meat mixture to prepared macaroni and cheese; sprinkle with Cheddar
cheese, if desired.
