Simple Sweet & Sour Sauce For Meatballs  
2 cups of water 
2 cups brown sugar 
1 cup kecthup 
1/2 cup vinegar 
2 tablespoons cornstarch (for thickening) 
The ingredients above is for a large batch. Katie said "This makes
enough sauce for a big batch of sweet and sour meatballs (like a good
roasterpan full or a stew pot.) Cook meatballs for a little while on
their own. In oven or skillet, to get rid of the grease. Then simmer for
at least an hour in the sauce to really get the flavor cooked through
them. That's it.
