Crock Pot Round Steak Casserole  

2 lb. round steak, cut 1/2" thickness
Garlic salt
Salt and ground black pepper, to taste 
1 onion, thinly sliced into rings
1 can green beans, drained 
1 can (10 oz.) tomato soup, undiluted 
4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered  
1 can (15. oz.) whole peeled tomatoes, undrained 

Season round steak lightly with garlic salt, salt, and pepper; cut into 
serving pieces and 
place in crock pot/slow cooker. 

Add quartered potatoes, sliced onions and green beans. 

Top with tomato soup and tomatoes. 

Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 8 to 10 hours, or on HIGH heat setting 

for 4 to 6 hours. 

Remove cover last 1/2 hour to reduce liquid, if desired (turn heat to HIGH).
