AMAZING LEMON COOKIES
1 box lemon cake mix 2 c. thawed Cool Whip 1 egg Confectioners' sugar Mix cake mix, Cool Whip and egg together. Drop by teaspoonfuls into sugar and roll to coat. Bake on greased cookie sheet.
