KEY LIME CHEEESECAKE - BON APPETIT
2/3 c. Flour 2/3 c. Coconut 1/4 c. Sugar 1/4 c. Butter, melted 24 oz. Cream cheese 1/2 c. Sour cream 1 c. Sugar 5 Eggs 6 T. Lime juice or lemon for lemon pie 1 t. Lemon or lime extract Stir together flour, coconut, sugar; drizzle in butter; press into 9" springform pan; bake @ 350 for 15-20 min. or till golden brown. Beat cheese till smooth; add sour cream, sugar & eggs and lime juice; pour into crust (what you have just made); bake 45 min. at 350; chill.
