Butterscotch Banana Bread
1/2 c butter 3/4 c sugar 2 eggs 3 bananas, well mashed 2 c flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 3/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp nutmeg 3/4 c butterscotch chips Cream butter with sugar, then add eggs and mix really well. Add the mashed bananas and mix well again. Sift together the dry ingred (excluding chipits) and add to the wet mixture and stir until all is combined. Add the chipits, mix well, and pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake 350F for about 25-30 min. Makes 2 small loaves.
