Brooks & Dunn, Carrie Underwood Set for CMA Show

Brooks & Dunn, Brad Paisley, Sugarland, Josh Turner and Carrie Underwood have 
been added to the list of performers for the CMA Awards on Nov. 7. Brooks
& Dunn are nominated for vocal duo. However, they will not host the show as 
they have the last three years. This year's host has not been announced. 
Paisley's
five nominations include entertainer of the year. Sugarland is nominated for 
vocal duo, Turner for male vocalist and Underwood for female vocalist, single
and video of the year. As previously announced, additional performers include 
Kenny Chesney, Martina McBride, Rascal Flatts, George Strait and Keith Urban.

Rascal Flatts Break Fundraising Record for Children's Hospital

Rascal Flatts donated $829,581 to the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at 
Vanderbilt with proceeds from their Nashville concert on Friday night (Sept.
21). The donation is the largest solo fund-raising event ever for the Nashville 
hospital. Prior to the concert at the Sommet Center, the band presented
a check to the hospital's CEO, Kevin Churchwell. Rascal Flatts will release a 
new album, Still Feels Good on Tuesday (Sept. 25).

Sean Hannity Will Speak at Country Radio Seminar

Talk show host Sean Hannity will deliver the keynote address at the Country 
Radio Seminar (CRS) in Nashville on March 5. Hannity co-hosts Hannity and Colmes
on the Fox News Channel and hosts The Sean Hannity Show on ABC Radio Networks. 
Although this is his first appearance at CRS, he often includes country
artists on his TV and radio shows and his Freedom Concert series.

Clay Walker to Perform Anthem on Monday Night Football
Mon. September 24.2007 6:02 PM EDT

Clay Walker will perform the national anthem prior to the Tennessee Titans/New 
Orleans Saints football game Monday (Sept. 24). Played at the Louisiana
Superdome in New Orleans, the game will be carried by ESPN at 8:30 p.m. ET. 
"Fall," Walker's current single from the album by the same name, is in the
Top 20 on Billboard's country singles chart.
