SOUTHERN PECAN PIE Beat 3 eggs thoroughly with: Dash of salt 1 c. dark corn syrup 1/3 c. butter, melted
Add 2cps chopped pecans. Pour into 9 inch unbaked pastry shell. Bake in moderate oven at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool. After I pour the mixture in the pie shell, I always place some extra chopped or halved pecans on top before I bake this pie. Sorry for the mistake.
