You raise a good point. Trust is easy to lose and hard to regain. One of the benefits of the Outback acquisition is I have been forced to explore alternatives. I have installed a Soul-Arc (as I call it) in my shop and I am very pleased with it. I have a pallet of 3 Envy 12s ready to install. Maybe it is a good thing that Outback is receding into obscurity.
