Rumor has it that everything from Franklin is about to get hit with tariff increases as their current inventory already in the states is completely gone. As for a manual lift like the Grainger one you shared I think you'll find that to be more than enough. We have a fancy Staircat that has a motor and can climb up and down stairs but 9 out of 10 times it's overkill and the simple mechanical hand crank lifting and lowering is all we need.
