I once installed a 2000’ run of 2  x 3/0 copper. 
After I was done, a supplier told me there were crews that specialize in 
pulling long runs and supply the wire too. I never looked further into, but 
might be worth your while asking around. Maybe ask the directional boring 
contractor for referral. 

I ended up buying from a large local contractor I knew that got much better 
pricing than I could. I saved money and he made money on the deal. 

If you’re pulling downhill don’t let the wire get away from you!
