Howie, You probably know this, but in Vermont if you have to amend the CPG by using a different size inverter, it has to be up to current ISO standards. That means a new inverter of SMA 2520 100-1800 etc. cannot be used.
I already ran into this once with Green Mountain Power. They rejected a classic sma of a different wattage than the original for that reason.
