For you SolarEdge pros...

I have a new client with dual 7.6kW Home Hub inverters and single SolarEdge
battery. They have been replacing inverters left and right under warranty,
but now have at least one working with the help of a local electrician
friend. I helped them swap it in the monitoring portal remotely because
SolarEdge refused to help them. They are stumped now and can't get the
battery to charge with solar, so I'm being brought in for an on-site
diagnostic. SolarEdge is not my strong suit. I have replaced many HD Waves,
but never worked with their batteries, which are not popular here. Before I
go out on Thursday I was hoping to do some research and go in with some
better knowledge.

The battery SOE is 0.17% according to the owners SetApp. The self test
fails due to the low SOE, and the owner can't get the inverter set up to
charge the battery as a result.

Is there a process for dealing with very low SOE and how can I get this
thing charging from the one good inverter?
