Hi All,

What do you all do to power an inline vent fan to vent a flooded lead acid
battery bank with a Sol-Ark inverter? On Outback equipment, this is very
straightforward to program a 12V relay in the equipment. I don't see
anything similar in the Sol-Ark manual, and just tried calling them and
person I talked to was clueless about why someone would need this.

I have used one of the Zephyr in line fans in the past, like this one:

Does anyone have suggestions of a way to power something like this? Or a
different way to actively vent a battery box? I prefer to not have a DC
draw that does not go through the inverter if possible.

Cheers,
Dave
