I believe that kind of illumination could certainly put out some voltage
but wouldn't have much, if any, current or power behind it. But could
shock someone.
Any dangerous energy would have to come from a capacitor being charged
up that SHOULD be disconnected
through the rapid shutdown system at that point. And it would have to
have the light shining on it for quite
a while to rack up any watt-hours.

Hi wrenches,
In speaking to local firefighters last year, I had a question that
stumped me. At night, will the light from the flames or the fire
fighters' flood lights energize the array to a dangerous potential?
Any light you can shed (pun intended) would be most welcome.
Shine On!
