Hello Wrenches, I don't have a ton of SolarEdge experience, but I found that they seem pretty good at chat support. Fairly fast and effective the few times I've done it. Hopefully they could resolve this issue using this method.
You can sign up as an installer and then log in here. https://www.solaredge.com/us/service/support/kb?mode=installer It will bring up a chat box option. I may also just start a tech support case and see where that leads.
