A homeowner reached out to me with an issue that I am not familiar with because I don't do a lot of work on SolarEdge. She has an Energy Hub and is disappointed that her contractor sold her a system with "future generator support firmware upgrade" promised. From what I read, this upgrade never came or still has not come.
Does anyone have any insight on whether generator support is available or still in the works? She's in Grass Valley, CA if anyone wants to contact me off-list that can maybe help her. Jason Szumlanski Florida Solar Design Group
