I would double check the new inverter’s wiring. Those extra neutral wiring 
points can be a trickster. 

From the Mate3 main status, press the Inverter Status soft key (3rd button from 
the left). The upper left status will indicate Selling, charging, etc. Press 
the Port button to cycle around the inverters. Make sure none of the inverters 
have Errors. Especially ones that don’t necessarily report as an Event. I had a 
similar issue and it turned out I also needed a née Hub.
