Hi Laura, Yes, we encountered something similar but not the same. It was a single XW+5548. It would, very briefly, lose power occasionally, nothing at a specific time, but consistently, a few times per week. I fixed it by reinstalling the latest firmware. Its been fine for about a year now so it must have had a bit of corrupted code.
