(my response to private email) Magnums were designed for the RV industry which depends heavily on generator use for AC power. Because of that their allowable input is broad at 50 to 70 Hz and 60 to 140 VAC (120 VAC nominal). The customer must have a defective control board if it will not allow above 125 Vac. Control boards are not to pricy and very easy to replace. Hope that helps.
