Exactly, when we had problems most inspectors would let us swap out for standard breakers. I'd check with the micro manufacturer and see if they have one that's compatible but as Brian said they took that code requirement out of the 2017 NEC so I must have had my dates mixed up and it was in the 2014 code version.
