I would like to politely disagree with this statement and offer my two
cents. The 5ghz frequency is superior for high bandwidth activities within
short range which in my opinion is not the case with inverter comms. The
2.4 ghz provides a superior connection at farther distances (which I find
typical between inverter and router). The amount of data the inverter is
sending and receiving is minimal and does not require much in the way of
bandwidth.
