Friends:

I have a roof-top PV project coming up where we will need to mount some of
our feet without benefit of screwing into rafters.

This project is an addition to a previous project, and in that iteration we
used DPW EZ-feet. We no longer use DPW products, instead we are a
Snap-n-Rack house. I am researching if we could integrate the EZ-foot with
the Snap-N-Rack, but in the meantime I’d like to ask the hive-mind for any
recommendations on direct-to-sheeting mounting options.

The roof is metal so we will screw right through the metal, into the roof
sheeting. We will seal with butyl sheets. We will connect to TJI joists
whenever possible, using longer but narrow screws, but we will fill all the
holes on the selected hardware with the properly rated screws.

Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
