Well they look different than the pictures in the article of mocrocracks but that may be because the cause of these was hail impacts and not a manufacturing or shipping thing. The reason I think that they were caused by hail is because the dirt on the top of the glass was smudged in the center of each crack. These may essentially be the same thing as microcracks and cause an issue over time.
