The OutBack GFP breaker is generally on the battery side of the charge control, the RTB breaker for the ICS+ is installed on the array side of the charge control. I have not seen, nor been told by OutBack engineers, that there is a GFP in the ICS+ combiner, but that is where the AFCI is.
