Just look at the latest UL test results on tarps, and firefighter foam. A tarp blowing off in some wind could expose workers to a high-voltage situation when they thought it was safe. Blue tarps don't work, you have to get the better grade. FF foam slides off and doesn't block enough wavelengths.
