Tom - I was just asking a SunPower rep about this. My understanding is that a PID (Potential Induced Degredation) discharge device is required to use SunPower positively grounded modules with a transformerless inverter. These are expensive and not listed for the US market. Long story short, I don't think you can do it. You need to find a transformer based inverter for your project if you're going to stick with those modules. There is a company or two selling refurbished Sunny Boys on the market.
