HI Carl,
I used that tool for a couple of years, and found it fine. I did eventually 
switch to a Rennsteig crimper for H4 connectors but only because I found a 
great deal on eBay. I wouldn’t have any qualms about using the Amphenol-branded 
tool. It definitely doesn’t have the quality of the Rennsteig tool but it 
crimped fine and seemed like it would have decent life for the money.
